ALL APPLICANTS:
Please note that for your application to be processed you must provide, along with this application:

- A reference from a Pastor/Spiritual Leader
- A reference from your DTS Leader/Staff

INTERNSHIP APPLICANTS:
Note that you will need to fill out BOTH a Staff Application and a Further Training Application.

NOTE: If you are already on staff at our location or have applied for staff and submitted your references already, you may not need to provide additional references with this application. We will contact you with further instruction after you submit this application.
