Are you new to staffing with YWAM? We require all new YWAM staff members to complete one of our internships. You can choose from our 2-year Ministry Development Internship or our 4-year Ministry Leadership Internship.

COMMITMENT FINANCIAL SUPPORT FEES ARRIVAL

We are a base that believes in ongoing learning and training – that requires time. Therefore, we strongly encourage at least a 2-year commitment; trust us, time will fly. Not only does this enable us to invest into your life, it enables you to make a fruitful and lasting contribution to the ministry in YWAM Tasmania. So, join for a couple of years or stay for life!  

We are a faith-based mission that believes in trusting God for the provision needed to cover our ministry commitments, outreaches, and daily needs/wants. If support raising is new to you, contact us and we will give you some ideas. 

All staff pay their ministry commitment of $15/day per person. This includes accommodation (housing for singles, couples, and families), community meals (Monday – Friday), and some food and snacks that is available on the weekends and throughout the week. (subject to change)

We take intakes of staff every month of the year. Just fill out the application, wait for your acceptance, and come! 

Commitment

You choose the dates you want to come – from two weeks to three months, all year round. We are a base that believes in ongoing learning and training – that requires time. Therefore, we strongly encourage at least a 2-year minimum commitment; trust us, time will fly.
