Mission Builders are skilled and unskilled volunteers who want to contribute to the advancement of the Kingdom of God by using practical skills to build facilities and serve Youth With A Mission centres around the world. Friends of YWAM partner with us in many ways; from driving buses and repairing doors to working in the kitchen and helping lead Kings Kids outreaches, working on fundraising ventures or helping out with the accounts. These people are an invaluable part of our ministry who join with us to pray, worship, work and have fun.

Commitment COST HOURS requirements TEAMS Lifestyle TRAVEL

You choose the dates you want to come – from two weeks to three months, all year round. 

$20 per day/ per person : This includes base meals (Monday – Friday) as well as snack and food avaliable on the weekends and throughout the week, and accomodation. 

Work Hours are typically Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm 

Anyone who has a heart to serve is eligible to volunteer. Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 

Depending on your work skills, experience, and the current needs of the base; you will have an opportunity to join one of our teams(administration, maintainence, farming, kitchen, and hospitality). There is a place for you and there is plenty to do. 

While serving full time you will also get to participate in our community gatherings such as worship, intercession, and any other community nights we have. We can not wait to meet you and connect! 

Tasmania is such a beautiful place and we want you to see it! There will be many oppurtunities for you to explore the different sites in Tasmania. The weekends are all yours!
